The Department of Public Health is committed to ensuring professional service delivery.  Whenever there is a perceived deficiency, the public is invited to make complaints.


Eligibility 

Any member of the public can make public health complaints.

Process 
  1. Telephone the Department of Public Health and lodge your complaint.  If the issue can be resolved at this stage, the process stops here.
  2. Write and submit a formal letter of complaint to the Director of Public Health or the Administrator, Department of Public Health.

Once the complaint is received, a member of the Executive Management team or a designate would investigate the matter, prepare a report, and the complainant is informed of the outcome.
