This permit enables Bahamian citizens to sell marine resources at designated retailing sites.


Eligibility 

Applicant must be a Bahamian Citizen.

Process 
  1. Complete the relevant application form.
  2. Present the completed application form along with the required supporting documents to the Department of Marine Resources.
  3. Pay required fee.

Application for Permit for Permit to Sell Fishery Resource

Supporting Documents 
  1. Completed application form.
  2. A valid business licence.
  3. A valid health certificate.
  4. Proof of participation in food handlers course offered by the Department of Public Health.
Turn-around time 
Two business days.
Deadline 
The permit must be renewed on an annual basis.

BS $5.00 per year plus 12% VAT
