To enable non-Bahamians to apply and pay online to obtain a licence to charter a vessel in the Bahamas.


Eligibility 

Non-Residents desirous of chartering a vessel in The Bahamas.

Process 
  1. Click the Foreign Charter Licence Application form link found in the Application Form(s) section of this page.
  2. Complete and submit the application form with the supporting documents listed in the Supporting Documents section of this page.
  3. Follow email instructions on how to pay online using DigiPay platform.
  4. Contact Port Office at 322-8832 or portcustomerservice@bahamas.gov.bs for all inquiries
