This licence authorizes the processing of seafood on-board a commercial vessel. Refer to The Seafood Processing and Inspection Regulations, 2002 -Section 15 a
Holders of commercial fishing licences who wish to process seafood (stone crab) on-board a commercial vessel.
For a new licence:
- Complete and submit relevant application form.
- Submit pre-requisite documentation.
- Undergo buying station inspection by The Department of Marine Resources.
- Pay relevant fee upon approval.
Note: For a renewal licence, the applicant must indicate and submit any revised documentation if there have been changes to their previously submitted documents or layout of their vessels.

- Completed application form.
- Business licence.
- Standard Operating Procedure document.
- Flow chart (specify products).
- Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure document.
- Scaled drawing of vessel layout.
- Water distribution map.
- Pest control map.
- Valid health certificate.
Three days, once application and pre-requisite documents are complete, and the facility meets the documented standards.
The licence is valid for one year (Jan 1st to December 31st)
BS $300.00 per year plus 12% VAT
