The objective of the Emergency Food Layer Production is to enhance food security for the Commonwealth of The Bahamas by strengthening the production systems of existing farmers.


Eligibility 

Must be a registered farmer.

Process 
  1. Farmers need to download and complete application form
  2. Email completed form to poultryfarming@bahamas.gov.bs
  3. Wait for a response

Supporting Documents 
  • Farmers’ Registration card,
  • Farming business license,
  • Certificate in related agricultural program,
  • Copy of High School Diploma,
  • Copy of Bahamian Identification (i.e. Passport, Drivers License or NIB card
  • Photo the layer housing.

Fourteen working days
