Eligibility 

Applicant must be in possession of Agriculture Crown Land or a farmer.

Process 

Farmers must complete the required form.

  • The information on the form is verified by the Department of Agriculture.

Supporting Documents 
  1. Farmer Registration Number if an existing farmer
  2. Up to date Farm Inspection Report (if an existing farmer)
  3. Copy of :
    • Passport
    • NIB Card
  4. Business License certificate
Turn-around time 
Approval can be given in five to seven( 5 - 7) working days
Deadline 
The approval for the service is only valid for the budget period. (Certificates expires every 30th June).
