- Logon to Registry Services
- Select File Company Documents
- Enter company details
- Select the type of document to file
- Enter Credit or Debit Card information
- After approval, print receipt
- Submit required document

The International Business Companies Act specifies a time frame that the Directors must be file and for Regular Companies, Annual Statements and Declarations must be filed for each year after incorporation.See fee schedule in the International Business Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014 and the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014.
