General medical check-ups and physical examinations are routinely done for adolescent clients. Clinic days are Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 8:30 – 11:00 am.

Any adolescent member of the public can access this service.

1. Visit Adolescent Health Centre on Physical Examination Clinic days (Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30am - 11:00am).
2. Register at front desk.
3. Wait in the waiting area until name is called.
4. Participate in examination.
5. Carry out recommendations prescribed.

• Picture ID (both client and parent/guardian for first visit).
• Parent/guardian written consent (clients under 18 years).
• Accompanied by parent or guardian for first visit (clients under 18 years).
